| Abstract： | In this talk, we will report some recent work on sharp constants for affine Moser-Trudinger and high order Adams inequalities in Euclidean spaces. These inequalities are stronger than the classical inequalities of such type. Applications to bi-Laplacian in space of dimension four are given. |
